Google unveiled their new feature in their popular google maps web application yesterday; check it out: here Click any street outlined in blue and you can see the ’street view’ from that location, inside the popup window you can click and drag to rotate around in 3D as well. Currently this is only available in very select locations obviously; but I can see this being extremely useful when looking up directions. Check it out
Riyo Mori, better known as Miss Japan took the honors as Miss Universe yesterday night. Born December 24, 1986 (shes 20) in Aoi-ku, Shizuoka, Japan she is a Japanese dance instructor. She won the Miss Universe beauty pageant in May 2007. She is the first Asian Miss Universe since 2000. Mori is the first Japanese in history to pass the audition for The Rockette Summer Intensive. She has studied at Quinte Ballet School of Canada and also is a graduate of Centennial Secondary School in Belleville, Ontario, Canada. She usually works as a ballet dancer. ( so as i see it Canada still wins!)
“Nobody’s Watching” was a TV Pilot written by the teams from Scrubs and Family guy for the WB Network. Unfortunately it wasn’t picked up by the WB - which is really a shame because it’s better than 90% of the sitcoms on TV today. Check out the 1st part above; and parts 2 and 3 after the Jump.
